The location was awesome. Could have served food to the room for helping senior citizens. Easy access to the temple and beach. Using Buggy cars will definitely improve convenience for customers. Rooms are neat and clean. Service staff should be instructed and trained to check the rooms before customers leave the hotel.

No fridge no wifi facility, location has direct view but guest has to hike till there. No room service for food.

I really liked the room and the view. Room was clean and a 2 min walk to the Shiva statue. Really nice experience.

Rooms were clean, and the ambience was very great, i refer everyone to stay here or in rns property only, however the varieties of complementary breakfast does not match with the amount they charge for rooms

Best room provided by them. Provided all required items and it was side open. One cafe was on ground floor and one outside of the main gate. Free breakfast was also great in this price

This hotel is property of runs group. Murudeshwar island has two properties- runs residency and runs guesthouse. Residency is a star hotel in premium range while gueshouse is moderately priced. Both the properties has great location, very closer to the tall shiva statue. I stayed in property named natraj in the guesthouse. The room was spacious with 2 chairs and additional space for extra mattress. It has both sea view at the back (glass, and not balcony) and statue view from the front door gallery. Service was poor as there was no room service, took time at reception to check in and allocate room. No extra sachet of mil powder for tea and bottled water was provided even when we offered to pay extra. Very slow room service. Tea service/cafe starts from morning 7:30 and breakfast timing is 8am to 10am.

The best location you can get in murudeshwar. Temple and statue are walkable. Sea view rooms and nearly maintained.
